All protests must be on an Official Protest Form and must be accompanied with the Protest Fee $95(AUD) for W3-DC and $50(AUD) for AUSTRALIAN EVENTS. Protests will be on a daily basis only and must be lodged with the SHOOT DIRECTOR by the publicized cut-off time each day.
All complaints must be in writing to allow for proper consideration by administration.
Meals are available from the Club Canteen at reasonable prices.
To assist with the catering, would all persons requiring an evening meal, please order PRIOR to the commencement of shooting each day.
